We provide a wide range of services for key areas of your affiliation business. In principle, we charge a unilateral fee for our platform services to the originator of the demands. (The minimum service fee is not less than GBP350/RMB3,000).
1. Project Target Amounts and Service Fees:
- Trade and retail specific sections we charge 3%-5% of the project amount as a service fee upon an agreed period of time;
≤ RMB1 million: 5%
RMB1-10 million (inclusive): 4% (The minimum service fee is not less than GBP5,600/RMB50,000);
＞ RMB10 million: 3% (The minimum service fee is not less than GBP45,000/RMB400,000)
- We charge a single service fee of 3%-5% for cultural IPs, business activities, project match making and other commercial sections according to the project amount;
≤RMB1 million: 5%
RMB1 – 10 million (inclusive): 4% (The minimum service fee is not less than GBP5,600/RMB50,000)
＞RMB10 million: 3% (The minimum service fee is not less than GBP45,000/RMB400,000)
- Large-scale cooperation projects (Above RMB10 million) with various levels of government and central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and other institutions. we charge a single service fee of 1%-3% according to the subject of a single project;
RMB≤ 50 million: 3%
RMB50 – 100 million: 2% (The minimum service fee is not less than GBP170,000/RMB1,500,000)
RMB≥ 100 million: 1% (The minimum service fee is not less than GBP230,000/RMB2,000,000)
2. The above charge rates are subject to change on a yearly basis;
3. For special projects, we can also negotiate separately about the service fee according to different situations;
4. The above charges do not include the International Trade Agency Business Operation section, where the amount and way of service charge will be agreed separately according to different industries and different products.
